هو برنامج تلفزيوني جديد تم افتتاحه في 23 فبراير 2010 اسسه فنس مكمان وهو تابع لاتحاد المصارعة الترفيهي الضخم دبليو دبليو اي فكرة البرنامج هو الخلط بين برامج الواقع والمصارعة الحرة الترفيهية وهو شبيه ببرنامج اخر من إنتاج نفس الشركة وهو (تف اينف)

طريقه عمل المسابقة أو البرنامج هو تدريب 8 مصارعين هواة من قبل 8 مصارعين محترفين والفائز من البرنامج يحصل على عقد ظهور في أحد برامج الدبليو دبليو اي الشهيرة مثل سماك داون أو دبليو دبليو اي راو وقد حصل العرض على نسبة مشاهدة كبيرة في أول يوم عرض له 1.3 مليون مشاهد وهو الآن في موسمه الخامس.
