اسم القالب وستحتاجه لأجل وصلات النافبار (شريط التصفح) ("عرض · نقاش · تعديل"). يمكنك أن تقوم بملئها ب{{subst:PAGENAME}}.

عنوان

الكتابة التي ستظهر في أعلى وسط القالب وتعبر في الغالب عن موضوع القالب وشرح صغير لمحتوى جسد القالب. يجب ألا تتجاوز سطرا وإذا تجاوزته أضف {{-}} ليتوسط السطر الثاني الكتابة.

لائحة_رقم

(مثال لائحة1 و لائحة2 والخ.) يتشكل جسد القالب في الغالب من لوائح لوصلات مقالات. يكون شكلها خطيا لكن يمكن كتابتها أفقيا بإضافة <div> </div> بين الوصلتين. يجب على الأقل أن تكون لائحة واحدة موجودة وكل لائحة إضافية تتمركز في سطر اخر. كل لائحة_رقم يمكن إصحابها بمختارة مجموعة_رقم.

استعمل واحدا من التصانيف السبعة الموجودة في قالب:معلومات فنان موسيقي#خلفية.

مغني منفرد	كل العازفين المنفردين (بما في ذلك المغنين الرئيسيين و المغنين الخلفيين وكاتب الأغاني المغني و المغني العازف). هذا التصنيف من أجل المغنين الذين يؤدون وحدهم أو مع فرقة أو الاثنين معا.
عازف غير غنائي	كل العازفين الغير مغنين
عضو غير مؤدي	المؤلفين الغير كلاسيكيون والمنتجين وكاتبو الأغاني والمنضمون ودي جي ومهندسون و أعضاء أخرون غير مؤدون.
فرقة أو مجموعة	كل الفرق و المجموعات و أفراد الفرق الغير كلاسيكية. هذا التصنيف للفرق المؤدية فقط; أعضاء الفرق يوضع لهم مغني منفرد أو عازف غير غنائي أو عضو غير مؤدي.
فرقة غلاف	فرقة غلاف هي الفرق التي تعمل فقط في الخفاء
مجمع كلاسيكي	كل مجمع كلاسيكي أو أي أوبراوات أخرى
