وينسر زينيك مكاي (26 سبتمبر 1869 - 26 يوليو 1934) (بالإنجليزية: Winsor Zenic McCay) , كان رسام كاريكاتير و رسام رسوم متحركة أمريكي أشتهر بسبب سلسلته الكارتونية الفكاهيةالمصورة نيمو الصغير الذي إبتدأ بهذه السلسلة في عام 1905م . و أُشتُهر أيضاً بسبب رسومه الكارتونية Gertie the Dinosaurفي عام1914م . يذكر أنه قد قام بتغيير إسمه لأسباب قانونية إلى Silas وذلك في قصته المصورة Dream of the Rarebit

حياته المبكرة

ولد وينسر مكاي في ميشيغان 26 من سبتمبر 1869م بمدينة نيويورك لأب يُدعى روبرت مكاي Robert McKay ( تغير إسم العائلة إلىMcCay ) وأم تُدعى جانيت موري .

وفاته و إرثه

توفي وينسر مكاي في 6 من شهر يوليو من عام 1934م بسبب إنسداد الوعاء الدموي. أكتشف وودس غيلمان وفي عام 1966م الشرائط المصورة الأصلية لقصة وينسر المشهورة نيمو الصغير في االإستوديو الذي كان يعمل فيه وينسر مكاي.
