The results of the study revealed that most students are using technology to always raise the level of writing and speaking, reading, and listening. 97.2% of pre school kids from three to five years also enjoy using YouTube video  in learning English to develop speaking skills and 94.4% of teachers believe that YouTube videos and computer programs effective impact in improving their speaking skills and acquisition of English language . Theresults of the study also found. Another study prove that some student’s think that YouTube have hugeeffective impact in improving the skill of speaking and listening.
