دي منشوره الطبيعية ( على طبيعة الأشياء ) هو وصف تعليمي من القرن الأول قبل الميلاد. هي قصيدة لشاعر روماني و الفيلسوف لوكريتيوس (c 99 قبل الميلاد -c 55 قبل الميلاد.) بهدف شرح الفلسفة الأبيقورية للجمهور الروماني. تنقسم القصيدة، وكتبت القصيدة في بعض من 7,400 أجزاء سداسية، في ستة كتب بدون عنوان، وتستكشف الفيزياء الأبيقورية من خلال لغة شعرية غنية بالاستعارات.[1] لوكريتيوس يقدم مبادئ المذهب الذري. طبيعة العقل والنفس. وتعليل الحاسة و الفكر. تطوير العالم وظواهره. ويفسر مجموعة متنوعة من السماوية والظواهر الأرضية . وصف الكون في القصيدة يعمل وفقا لهذه المبادئ الفيزيائية، مسترشدا 'بفورتونا' ، «الفرصة»، وليس التدخل الإلهي الآلهة الرومانية التقليدية.[2]
