من زار قبر السيدة نفيسة وكان فى شدة الكرب وضيق الحاجة فليقرء عند قبرها الشريف سورة ( الفاتحة ، سورة الأعلى ، سورة الإخلاص ، سورة الفلق ، سورة الناس ) ثم يهدى ثواب هذه السور إليها ثم يقول ( كم حاربتني شدة بجيشها *** فضاق صدري من لقاها وانزعج حتى إذا أيست من زوالها ***جاءتني الألطـاف تسعى بالفرج )

ومن كراماتها رضي الله عنها ما يروى أنه حينما قدمت إلى مصر ونزلت في دار، فأقامت بهذه الدار عدة شهور، كان بجوارها يهود. من جملتهم إمرأة يهودية لها إبنة مشلولة مقعدة لا تقدر على الحركة، فأرادت الأم أن تذهب إلى الحمام، فسألت ابنتها أن تأخذها معها إلى الحمام فامتنعت البنت فقالت لها أمها تقيمين في الدار وحدك!

فقالت لها أشتهي أن أكون عند جارتنا الشريفة حتى تعودين فجاءت الأم إلى السيدة نفيسة واستأذنتها في ذلك فأذنت لها فحملتها ووضعتها في زاوية من البيت وذهبت .

قامت السيدة نفيسة وتوضأت جرى ماء وضوئها إلى البنت اليهودية، فألهمها الله سبحانه وتعالى أن أخذت من ماء الوضوء شيئاً قليلاً بيدها ومسحت به على رجليها فوقفت في حينها بإذن الله (هذه بركة وضوء السيدة نفيسة فكيف بوضوء الرسول الأعظم، هذه واحدة من ذريته) .

شفيت تلك البنت المقعدة من الشلل في الوقت نفسه وقامت تمشي على قدميها كأن لم يكن بها مرض قط، هذا والسيدة نفيسة مشغولة بصلاتها مستغرقة، لم تعلم ما جرى، ثم إن البنت سمعت مجيء أمها فخرجت من دار السيدة نفيسة حتى أتت إلى دار أمها فطرقت الباب فخرجت الأم تنظر من يطرق الباب فدخلت البنت وعانقت أمها وقبلتها فلم تعرفها أمها لأن ابنتها مقعدة، فقالت لها: من أنت فقالت: أنا ابنتك قالت: وكيف قضيتك؟ فأخبرتها بقصتها كاملة.

فقالت الأم: هذا والله الدين الصحيح وما نحن عليه من الدين ليس هو الحق أي عن اليهودية ثم دخلت فأقبلت تقبل قدم السيدة نفيسة وقالت لها امددي يدك أنا أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن جدك محمدًا رسول الله، فشكرت السيدة نفيسة ربها عزّ وجلّ وحمدته على هداها وانقاذها من الضلال .

ثم مضت المرأة إلى منـزلها فلما حضر زوجها أبو البنت وكان اسمه أيوب وكان لقبه أبو السرايا وكان من أعيان قومه ورأى البنت على تلك الحالة ذُهل وطاش عقله من الفرح، قال لامرأته ما قصتها يا امرأة، فأخبرته بقصتها مع السيدة نفيسة فقال: سبحانك هديت من تشاء وأضللت من تشاء والله هذا الدين الصحيح ولا دين صحيح إلا دين الإسلام، ثم أتى إلى باب السيدة نفيسة فمر بخديه على عتبة بابها وأسلم وقال أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن جدك محمدًا رسول الله. ثم شاع خبر البنت وإسلامها وإسلام أبيها وأمها وجماعة من الجيران اليهود.
