Latviešu: Talsu novada karogs, pieņemts 2023. gada 29. jūnijā balstoties uz iedzīvotāju aptaujas rezultātiem. Talsu novada karogs ir zaļš ar Talsu novada ģerboni vidū. Talsu novada karoga platuma un garuma attiecība ir 1:2. Karoga krāsas ir: ģerbonim Pantone 286C (zila), Pantone 341C (zaļa), Pantone 873C (zelta), Pantone Black C (melna), pamatnei Pantone 341C (zaļa).
English: Flag of Talsi Municipality since 29 June 2023, chosen after a residents' poll. The flag of Talsi Municipality is green with the coat of arms of Talsi Municipality in the middle. The ratio of width and length of the Talsi Municipality flag is 1:2. The colors of the flag are: for the coat of arms Pantone 286C (blue), Pantone 341C (green), Pantone 873C (gold), Pantone Black C (black), for the base Pantone 341C (green).
