I am sorry , but the rationale you provided is not good enough to keep your photo. It is never enough to say that something exist in order to plug a fair-use. Someone wearing a black jacket is not a good reason to have a fair-use , yet, an astronaut wearing the same jacket while he is walking down the moon gives a hell of a good excuse. So you need to show within the text that there is something about this building that worth plugging a fair-use.
Next. Never Never Never ever spam an article with a Latin language text just to keep a fair-use. It seems to me that what is important ( from your point of view ) is the image and not the article. Please don't do that again.
what you are missing is that no freedom of panorama does not always mean not possible to produce a free image of a copyrighted building. A free image can be acquired almost easier than keeping a fair-use here. Just email the french air lines. It has been done before.

Hi. Hope all is well. I have been looking at the list and I marked some of the articles that were done. my questions are: is this a common list among different wikipedias? So when I mark an article as done, it means it was done in Arabic. Can we clean up the list by moving out the completed articles to another section for example (to keep histroy) and let the list include the incomplete articles. Hi. I understand your concern and it's valid. But I believe it's currently the case in Arabic. We usually keep the illustrations needed in its own language, but if it's important, we arabize the illustration, this usually takes priority when it relates to historical maps>

Hi. basically, this new category name should match the (School districts in the United States), so it should be (School districts in Michigan), but I don't feel comfortable to translate "School district" as "مقاطعات المدارس", is this an official categorization for schools related to a specific area in the US, I mean to use the term "districts", what if we use "Schools in Michigan"? simply?; If you agree to simplify it, we can use "Schools in the United States", "Schools in Michigan", etc. and in Arabic, that would translate to "مدارس في الولايات المتحدة" and "مدارس في ميتشيغان"
