الجهاز الدهليزي (بالإنجليزية: Vestibular system)‏ هو جهاز إحساس يساهم في الحركة والإحساس بالتوازن، وهو الجزء المسؤول عن التوازن في أغلب الثدييات والإحساس بالإتجاه المكاني.

الجهاز الدهليزي والقوقعة (وهي جزء من الجهاز السمعي) يشكلان التيه العظمي الذي يوجد في الدهليز الأذني في الأذن الداخلية.
