الولاية ((بالتركية: Vilayet)‏، التلفظ التركي: ‎[vilaːˈjet]‏) في التقسيم الإداري العثماني كانت تشكل المستوى الإداري الأولي (الأعلى) بعد إلغاء نظام الإيالات عام 1864.^[1]^[2]^[3]
