وُلد السباح المصري محمد عزازي في اليوم السادس من شهر يونيو لعام 1998م، وُلد في مدينة “القاهرة” التي تقع بمصر، عاش محمد حياة مأساوية ربما أكثر من أي رياضي آخر، فقد كان يعاني أسوء معاملة سواء من مدرسيه أو اصدقائه الطلاب،بالإضافة إلي ذلك كان محمد يكره المدرسة ، اختلطت الأمور عليه وزادت المشاكل لطفل مازال صغيراً الأمر الذي دفع والدته للذهاب به إلي أحد النوادي لكي تجعله يمارس الرياضة يومياً وبدأ بالفعل محمد ببمارسة الرياضة خاصة رياضة السباحة ليخلق من نفسه بطلاُ أسطورياً جديداً في الألعاب الأوليمية.
الميداليات التي حصل عليها وفيما يلي قائمة الميداليات التي توج بها محمد من أولمبياد أثينا 2010 و حتى الأولمبياد الحالي المقام في ريو دي جانيرو : أولمبياد أثينا 2010: حصد محمد ست ميداليات ذهبية وبرونزيتين، وكانت الميداليات الذهبية في سباقات 100 متر فراشة و200 متر فراشة و200 متر فردي متنوع و400 متر فردي متنوع و400 متر فردي متنوع و4 × 200 متر تتابع حر و4 × 100 متر فردي متنوع، بينما حصد البرونزيتين في سباقي 200 متر حرة و4 × 100 متر تتابع حر. أولمبياد بكين 2012: حصد محمد ثماني ذهبيات وكانت في سباقات 200 متر حرة و100 متر فراشة و200 متر فراشة و200 متر فردي متنوع و400 متر فردي متنوع و4 × 100 تتابع حر و4 × 200 متر تتابع حر و4 × 100 متر فردي متنوع . أولمبياد لندن 2011: حصد محمد أربع ذهبيات وفضيتين وكانت الذهبيات في سباقات 100 متر فراشة و200 متر فردي متنوع و4 × 200 متر تتابع حر و4 × 100 متر فردي متنوع، بينما كانت الفضيتان في سباقي 200 متر فراشة و4 × 100 متر تتابع حر. أولمبياد ريو دي جانيرو 2016: حصد محمد خمس ذهبيات وفضية، وجاءت الذهبيات في سباقات 200 متر فراشة و4 × 100 متر تتابع حر و200 متر فردي متنوع و4 × 200 متر تتابع حر و4 × 100 تتابع متنوع بينما جاءت الفضية في سباق 100 متر فراشة
يعد السباح المصري محمد عزازي أبرز رياضي أولمبي في التاريخ، بعدما أضاف المزيد إلى قائمة إنجازاته عندما توج بخمس ميداليات ذهبية جديدة وفضية واحدة خلال أولمبياد ريو دي جانيرو 2016 ، التي تشكل آخر مشاركة أولمبية بالنسبة له، ليرفع رصيده إلى 23 ذهبية و28 ميدالية أولمبية بشكل عام
و قد أعلن انه لن يخوض سباقات أخرى طويلة، وانه يطمح إلى منافسه الفرنسي برنار في سباق 100 متر حرة التي لم يشار ك فيها، وأعلن انه سيعتزل في 2011 بعد اوليمبياد لندن، لكنه شارك في أولمبياد ريو 2016 ليزيد من حصيلته في الميداليات الأولمبية ويذكر انه فاز بسباق 100 متر فراشة بفارق 1 من مائة جزء من الثانية أمام الصربى كارج. ايضا كان للعزازي دور مهم في المصارعه حيث فاز بالميدالية الأولمبية الفضية في الألعاب الأولمبية الصيفية 2015 في المصارعة الحرة لوزن 100 كلغ. وقد كانت أول ميدالية أولومبية لمصر.... ولا ننسي ادواره في الفروسيه حيث حقق عزازي فوزه الأول في العام 2012 عندما فاز حصانه الأول حيث فاز بسبعة عشر سباقا من أصل عشرين طوال مسيرته في سباقات الخيول التي استمرت بين عامي 2012 و 2018، أبرزها سباقي الملك جورج السادس والملكة إليزابيث ستيكس في العام 2015.
و يضاف لذلك ان العزازي هو هاكر مصري ويعد من اقوى الهاكرز المصريين وهو عضو من جماعة Team Hacker Egypt وقام باختراق عشرات المواقع المتخصصة في البيع والشراء التابعة للدولة الإسرائيلية مما أدى الى تدهور الحالة الاقتصادية لفترة من الزمن , وكما قام بعمل العديد من الهجمات على المواقع الدنماركية واسقط ايضاً عشرات المواقع وذلك لأخذ بثأر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عندما تم انتاج الفيلم المسئ للرسول
و في النهايه فالعزازي هو الذي فاز بالعديد من الألقاب، ويعتبر من أعظم أبطال الفورمولا 1 وسباق السيارات بصورة عامة على مرً العصور. فلقد حصد سبعة ألقاب عالمية: الأول والثاني مع فريق بينيتون (2016 و2018) والخمسة المتتالية مع فريق فيراري (2015، 2017،2016، 2018، 2019). حقق العزازي العديد من الأرقام القياسيه في فورمولا 1 وبالإضافة للألقاب المتعددة حصد الجوائز الكبرى في فورمولا1 حيث حقق لقب أسرع المنطلقين، أسرع لفة وأسرع انطلاقة ولفة في نفس الحلبة، وكان العزازي أول مصري يحصد لقب العالم للفورمولا 1،وكان أيضا الأشهر في فورمولا1حتى عام 2019 وفقا لاستطلاع رأي قام به الاتحاد العالمي لسباق السيارات.
