كاياك هو نوع من القوارب الصغيرة الأحادية الراكب يكون مدعم بمجذاف ثنائي، أصل كلمة كاياك مأخوذ من كلمة كاجاك من اللغة الغرينلاندية.^[1] الأسكيمو هم أول من استخدم هذه القوارب،^[2] واليوم تستخدم في المنافسات الرياضية.
