Abdullah bin Saleh bin Muhammad Al-qusayer ( 1950 AD -) is a Saudi Islamic theologian and preacher who is devoted to Islamic preaching, rhetoric, writing and teaching Islamic Principles. He graduated from the College of Sharia at Al-Imam University in 1397 AH, then he was appointed as a “preacher” at the General Presidency of the Department of Scientific Research and Issuing Fatwas. Then, in 1410 AH, he was appointed as Director of Da’wah and Mosques in the Riyadh Region . He continued his advocacy work, until he was appointed Advocacy Adviser in the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, until 1428 AH he was freed from government work to the field of Islamic advocacy.

His lineage goes back to the tribe of Anza from Rabia; One of the Adnan tribes. From Al -Qassim, he was born on 8/25/1370 AH, corresponding to 5/31/1950 CE, in the town of Al-Shegah and grew up there and finished middle school, after that in the beginning of the high school, when he left Al- Qassim heading to Riyadh to seek knowledge from the sheikhs of Riyadh, the most important of whom is Sheikh Abdul Aziz Ibn Baz, accompanying him with more than thirty years. The systematic study[عدل]

He studied the elementary stage in his village, the town of AlShegah, then studying the middle school stages at the Scientific Institute in Buraidah and the high school at the Scientific Institute in Riyadh, then undergraduate studies at the College of Sharia at Al-Imam University in Riyadh, from which he graduated in 1390 AH

University teaching[عدل]

1- Teaching the Holy Qur’an, the principles of jurisprudence, Legal Litigations, personal status, and Islamic culture at King Fahd Security College between the years 1402-1404 AH.

2- Teaching manyIslamic culture courses at King Abdulaziz Military College between the years 1402-1403 AH.

3- Teaching many courses on Islamic faith course, calling to God course, on the college of Sharia, and on the college of the fundamentals of religion, and on the college of the Islamic advocacy, and on the Center for Continuing Education and Community Service at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University for the period between 1413-1418 AH.

Local and international posts[عدل]

1- Representing the General Presidency of the Department of Scientific Research, Ifta'a, Call and Guidance, then the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance in the presence of local committees at the highest levels to study a number of relevant regulations and formulate them in accordance with Islamic law.

2- Represented His Eminence, the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abd al-Aziz bin Baz - with commissioned from him - to attend some events and committees outside the Kingdom in a number of Islamic countries regarding the global Islamic call, and official meetings.

3- Every year, he undertakes an Islamic missionary trip in various countries of the world to share the Islamic princiables.

Teaching in mosques[عدل]

He is doing intensive lessons in a number of mosques in the city of Riyadh, most notably the mosque of Sheikh Fahd Al-Awaida, and the mosque of Fahd Al-Dakhil, for which he is an imam and a preacher . Ibn Katheer, Tafsir al-Saadi, Musnad Imam Ahmad, Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawood, Explanation of the Sunnah by al-Baghawi, Bulugh al-Maram, Umdat al- Ahkam, Book of Monotheism, Aqeedah al-Wasitiyyah, Explanation of the Sunnah by al-Barbahari, The Luminousness of Belief, Three Principles, Al-Safarini Creed, Pearls Sunni, Total Fatwas of Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Rawd Al-Murabba, and others.

Oratory in mosques[عدل]

He ascended the Friday pulpit in the city of Riyadh since he was in high school where he was a student at the Scientific Institute in Riyadh in 1392 AH, starting with the mosque of the Armed Forces Hospital, then the mosque of Sulaymaniyah district, then the mosque of Al-Mansur in Al-Marqab, then the mosque of Prince Miteb Al-Gharbi in Al-Malaz district, then, in the Prince Faisal bin Muhammad bin Turki mosque in Al-Mugharzat neighborhood in Riyadh, then Finally, it is still. in the mosque of Fahd Al-Dakhil. in addition to the Friday sermons that he delivers outside the Kingdom on his official missionary trips. He also collected and revised the Friday sermons that he had delivered on various occasions in his book: “Al-Lama’ min Al-Jum’ah Sermons.” It is a three-volume edition of the Great Sector issued by Dar Ibn Khuzaymah in Riyadh, containing dozens of various sermons with the intent of helping preachers and Friday sermons., divided by topic, and available for download and public use on the Internet Al-Lum’a min Al-Jum’ah sermons – Volume one, Al-Lum’a min Al-Jum’a sermons – Volume two, Al-Lum’a min Al-Jum’a sermons – Volume three . In addition to three other volumes of the same author in print.
