Test for upper & lower case, use wikilinked two-letter ISO country codes (ISO 3166-1) within the framework of ويكيبيديا:دليل الأسلوب. Note space after country code as separator & allows line wrapping. Previous legal-status kept both for backwards compatibility - most articles current use this and for furture appends free-text to country-specified categorisations.
