Professional Experience: Chef Lafi is a graduate from the Hotels Training Center on 1991(Food Production section), has Professional Master in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Oxford College), World Master Chef (Diploma In Culinary Excellence) UK and Global Approved Judge (WACS), He has joined the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts(Lesrochas Swiss international hospitality university ) on 2009 as a Culinary Instructor tell 2015.Currently position is Managing Director for Culinary Institute of Jordan and guest lecturer , He has over than 22 years of experience in working in five- star hotels in Amman- Jordan and the Gulf Area. His experience was mainly as an Executive Chef managing and handling the kitchen division. He lectured and trained chefs in Kendall College in Chicago –USA as a Guest Chef.

He has been rewarded several occasions with medals and thanking letters for his cooking from the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Services Association. He is board member of the Jordanian Chefs Association, Honor member of Palestinian Chefs Association, Member of the Emirates Culinary Guild, Member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and Member of World Master Chefs Societies (WMCS)
