Ministry of education in Makkah suggest a system that enable administrators to compare the real data with the data in the system (basic assumption) also to support all schools in different cities and regions in Saudi Arabia. The minister of education ordered to create a team for developing this system and applied it in all regions.

Education ministry aim to achieve fairness and comprehensiveness in schools. also improving education quality with low cost according to 2030 vision by affording clear and approved information about school's environment.

A system established at the late of 2017. It is an administrative system to manage education ministry employee or administrators visits for all schools in Saudi Arabia. Objective to support and satisfy schools needs to follow education improvement.

Message: establish a complete system benefit from administrator visits to school for empowering and support education environment also effecting student characteristics in appositive way.

Makkn Objectives

• 1- scheduling ministry administrators visit to all schools in Saudi Arabia. Each school must be visited at least once in a year.
• 2-identifying school's real needs and satisfy their needs by supporting
• 3-supporting schools to accomplish their education and learning mission which lead to increase education quality. 
• 4-prvsion schools with human resource, material and immaterial.
• 5-build a data base continue information about school's performance and requirements.

Data Comparasion

This system assists education ministry employee to compare between related data with the basic assumption. Helps in determining the accurate needs to cut surplus and fulfill shortage. Sustenance School's initiative and achievement in a fast way providing an effective and positive impact on education industry.
