Public domain يوجد هذا المصنف في الملكية العامة لأن فترة حقوق النشر الخاصة به قد انتهت في إسرائيل. وحسب قانون حقوق النشر الإسرائيلي من 2007 (بند رقم 38)، ينتقل مصنف ما إلى الملكية العامة في 1 كانون الثاني (يناير) من السنة الـ71 بعد وفاة المؤلف(ة)، باستثناء الحالات الآتية:

  2. إذا كانت حقوق النشر الخاصة بالمصنف في ملكية الدولة، والدولة هي المالك الأول لهذه الحقوق، ولم تتعاقد الدولة مع المؤلف(ة)على شروط خاصة، انتهت فترة حقوق النشر في 1 كانون الثاني (يناير) من السنة الـ51 بعد صنع المصنف (البندان رقم 36 و42 في قانون 2007).
