دوغلاس إتش. فيشر هو سياسي أمريكي، ولد في 1948 في بريدجتون في الولايات المتحدة.[1][2][3] نشط حزبياً في الحزب الديمقراطي. وقد انتخب عضو جمعية نيوجيرسي العامة .
