دوغ باباس (بالإنجليزية: Doug Pappas)‏ هو صحفي رياضي أمريكي، ولد في 1962، وتوفي في 2004 بسبب فرط الحرارة.^[1]^[2]^[3]

After Pappas threatened a lawsuit if the essay were once again published with his name on it, the essay was deleted from subsequent editions of Total Baseball. An excerpted summary of his dispute with the editors was published in Outside the Lines, the newsletter of the SABR Business of Baseball Committee and has also been reported on Pappas's website.
