This template is listed in Property talk:P940 in Wikidata, so I'm writing to inform that the model for GHS labelling information has been changed. The current model and an example can be found at Property:P4952. From now on labelling elements of GHS are added as a qualifiers and to import country-specific GHS labelling, you have to search for proper value (e.g. UE GHS data under CLP Regulation are added as safety classification and labelling (P4952) = Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (Q2005334)).
