Thanks for your invitation. Actually I don't live in Egypt right now, as I live in the US. However, since I am currently an Assistant Professor (on leave) in Cairo University, Computer Engineering Dept, I can put you in contact with other professors in my department, who can in turn spread the word among their students to see if they are interested. I would also encourage you to consider having some kind of collaboration with the Computer Engineering Department there, since our students are tech savvy and will easily pick up the technical part of editing Wikipedia and can also help teaching/spreading the word. I would participate if I were residing in Cairo, but unfortunately I am an Egyptian expat, but in any case I am willing to participate seriously in any useful way starting next month.
