القانون الأساسي (بالعثمانية التركية): قانون اساسى؛ بالتركية الحديثة: Kanûn-u Esâsî) هو الدستور الأول للدولة العثمانية وتمت كتابته من قبل 28 عضو عينهم السُلطان عبد الحميد الثاني وأعلنه في 23 ديسمبر 1876م وافتتح بعد انجازه المجلس العمومي الذي يتكون من مجلس المبعوثان 19 مارس 1877م.
