هذه قائمة الأجسام المضادة وحيدة النسيلة العلاجية والتشخيصية والوقائية والأجسام المضادة المستنسخة من خلية أم واحدة. تسمى في حالة استخدامه أدوية في نظام الأسماء الدولية غير مسجلة الملكية (INN) بكون نهايتها تنتهي بمقطع ـماب. أما المقاطع المتبقية من الأسماء فيمكن المراجعة في تسمية الأجسام المضادة وحيدة النسيلة.
