تأليه الذات أو التأليه الذاتي[1] (بعدة لغات: egotheism أو autotheism) هي تأليه أو عبادة الذات.[2][3][4] استخدم منتقدو يوهان غُتليب فيشتة وَرَلف وَلدو إمرسون هذا المصطلح لتسمية فلسفتهم المتعالية.[5][6][7][8] عبادة الذات (بعدة لغات: Autolatry) هو مرادف آخر استعمل لتسمية أفكار ماكس إشترنر.[9][10][11][12]
