متلازمة مرض ما بعد النشوة (بالإنجليزية: Postorgasmic illness syndrome) هي حالة تتميز بأعراض الوهن تأتي بعد النشوة وتستمر لبضع ساعات إلى عدة أيام[1][2]. وصفت هذه الظاهرة لأول مرة عام 2002.[3]
